An Open Letter to My BFFL.

Dear Darasak,

I want to thank-you for being THE most amazing man on this earth. For enduring pregnancy, from running out to the store or cooking me all that I craved, to massaging my sore feet and most of all putting up with all the preggo hormones. From rubbing my tummy and telling me I was beautiful every single day.

And you still do and what girl doesn’t swoon when hearing that? 😛

Not to mention labor, you truly were my pillar of support through it all. To share moments that are remembered for a lifetime, to experience birth, I couldn’t have pictured it any more perfect than with you.

For loving me like THIS:

In all my CHUB and my pregnant glory.

For being  THE best dad that two little girls could ever ask for. For investing your time in them and teaching them things they are going to use in life and just plain acting a fool when you play with them.

Right along with me. LOL.

Let’s not forget all those late, late nights. When there was finally silence we stayed up and chatted and laughed and when we thought we almost woke the girls we laughed even harder. Like two little kids staying up past lights out. LOL.

Those were times that I will never, ever forget and when we’ve had the deepest and most caring conversations.

Thank-you for being my very best friend, thank you for sharing your jokes and sharing both your likes and dislikes. I’m more than proud to share in your successes and will always be there to support you through your losses. For your patience, love, devotion and your kindness, I will always and forever work to give you the same.

I appreciate you holding my hand through bad times, for always seeing the light even at the times when I had lost sight. I forever appreciate the ability we share to never fight, even in disagreement, you’ve taught me to love more. That love is more important than any petty thing and that’s what has endured us for so long.

Through adversity, any obstacle, happy tears, sports games, graduations, recitals and plays. Through it ALL, we will always be there and we will be together standing strong.

So, my dear husband, we are heading towards our thirties. We still have a little ways to go and even though it scares me, I know that you will be right there, holding my hand and I will be holding yours.

Thank-you for being you and for accepting me for me and loving me just the same.

Happy Birthday my love and many, many more to come.

Forever yours & Love Always,

-Nancy
